The Patek Philippe Ref. 5074, a platinum minute repeater perpetual calendar and the Patek Philippe Ref. 3939 tourbillon minute repeating wristwatch with enamel dial will definitely be the center of attention. Besides these highly collectible timepieces, there will also be many exceptional modern and vintage horological highlights of collectors’ interest.

The highlight of the sale is the Patek Philippe Ref. 5074 minute repeater perpetual calendar in platinum (Lot 120). The Ref 5074 was launched in 2002 only in yellow gold available with silver or a black dial. Patek Philippe presented the pink gold version at the Basel fair in 2005 and the platinum version at Basel 2009. This reference is considered the successor of the famous Ref. 3974. The mechanism is the same in both references, with the exception of the gong, which goes twice around the watch case in Ref. 5074 in order to give a better and louder sound. This type of gong is called a “cathedral gong.” Antiquorum is pleased to offer this premium timepiece to all collectors. Made in 2010, this very fine and rare wristwatch features perpetual calendar, 24 hour subsidiary dial and moon phases. It is accompanied by a winding box, fitted box, Certificate of Origin, setting pin and a leather folder with instructions.
