To coincide with the first race on the 2013 MotoGP calendar, Tissot, as Official timekeeper of MotoGP, presented its MotoGP 2013 watch collection.

This year’s Official MotoGPTM Collection comprises two Tissot T-Race MotoGP Limited Edition 2013 watches; a self-winding mechanical chronograph limited to 3,333 pieces and a quartz limited-edition produced in a series of 8,888 pieces. Both pieces have been given a fresh new look with blue accents and serve as the watchmaking embodiment of Tissot’s longstanding partnership with MotoGP.

François Thiébaud, Tissot President, said “Tissot is proud of its profound link and longstanding partnership of 13 years with MotoGP. The dynamic and fast nature of the sport matches the brand’s spirit perfectly. The latest exclusive timepiece dedicated to MotoGP, the T-Race MotoGP Limited Edition 2013, not only celebrates this alliance through the motorbike features such as the break-disc on the dial, but also Tissot’s 160 years of experience, with a precision that matches the one of our timekeeping. As the sport evolves and timing gets tougher, we keep up-to-date with all the latest technologies to provide utmost accuracy whether with our watches or timekeeping.”
