omos Glashütte’s latest mechanical caliber, DUW 3001, is the hallmark of its Neomatik series—a collection of slender automatic timepieces that launched with a first edition in the autumn of 2015. This initial collection of ten limited edition models has since gone into series, and now comprises of fifteen watch models with white silver-plated, champagne-coloured or— brand new—midnight blue dials.

The watchmaking company’s tenth proprietary alibre is revolutionary in that it is only 3.2 millimeters in height. Therefore, it gives the models of the Neomatik series a particularly slender form and, at the same time, makes them capable of achieving chronometer-level accuracy. This combination of attributes was previously unheard of within Nomos Glashütte’s price segment.

The latest additions to the Neomatik collection are Metro Neomatik, Tangente Neomatik, and Minimatik—all available in “nachtblau,” an exqui- site shade of midnight blue. Blue is the colour of infinity, of the sky and of the sea, creating timepieces perfect for podiums, premieres, and parties. The elegant exterior of these new watches thus perfectly matches their refined interior—which houses the automatic calibre DUW 3001.
