In its quest to create the ideal utilitarian watch for professionals within the aeronautic and military domain, Bell & Ross has developed three additional models in its revolutionary BR01 Collection.

Instrument BR01 Titanium Ultralight Chronograph

Inspired by aeronautic instruments, Bell & Ross launched the BR01 Collection last year to much acclaim. The watches combined the talents of its designers and feedback from professionals that resulted in an oversize watch (46 mm square) that offered easy-reading, avant-garde design, comfort and, above all, pertinent functions.
For BaselWorld 2006, Bell & Ross is introducing two new models, the Instrument BR01 Titanium Ultralight and the Instrument BR01 Orange.

Instrument BR01 Titanium Ultralight
The BR01 Titanium Ultralight Chronograph follows the same modern design of last year’s models with a satin-finish titanium case and a carbon fibre dial. Light and comfortable, it is equipped with a Swiss mechanical automatic chronograph movement with three counters – 12-hours, 30-minutes and 60-seconds – with large Arabic numerals and indices covered in white photo-luminescent Superluminova. With a non-reflective sapphire crystal, it has a date aperture at 4.30 o’clock, a special rubber strap designed for intensive use and the watch is water-resistant to 100 metres with a screw-down crown and a case protected by O-ring type rubber joints.

Instrument BR01 Orange Chronograph and Instrument BR01 Orange

Instrument BR01 Orange
The Orange BR01 is designed to meet the requirements of ‘extreme’ professionals who demand an optimal readability in both day and night situations. The orange photo-luminescent colouring of the numbers and indices strongly contrasts with the blackened case (high-pressure blasted with black carbon powder coating) and the galvanic black dial, thus ensuring a maximum readability in extremes conditions and situations.
This orange-styled BR01 is available as a simple three-hands watch or a chronograph, with a non-reflective sapphire crystal, a screw-down crown. Both models are water-resistant to 100 metres and come in a Limited Edition of 250 pieces.
The development of these new BR01 models highlights the brand’s continuing philosophy that ‘function creates form’.
