LeDIX Origine by Celsius X VI II - exclusively at Harrods

July 2010

Founded in 2006 and located in Paris France, Celsius X VI II is recognised as a pioneer and leader in the field of Prestige Telecommunication. While communicating has become a commodity and mobile phones are widely developed as disposable items, Celsius X VI II works to reinvent telecommunications by fusing haute horlogerie with mobile technology to create unique objets d’art that bring emotion to communication. Following its premiere at Basel World Fair in March, LeDIX by Celsius X VI II is now exclusively being shown at Harrods, in the Fine Jewellery and Watch Room on the Ground Floor.

As streamlined as a sports car, LeDIX is an aerodynamic creation made from polished and brushed grade-5 titanium, making it the ultimate expression of contemporary elegance. The exclusive mechanical movement that was developed under the technical supervision of Celsius X VI II, has what it takes to appeal to the most demanding connoisseurs: a flying tourbillon equipped with exclusive shock-absorbers and more offset than any existing model; a modern design that focuses on transparency; as well as fine watch finishing and decoration. In addition, the stage setting chosen for this movement ensures peerless visibility and aesthetic elegance.

This revolutionary object comes complete with its very own system of accessories: the no-hands kit secured by a tie-pin style clip, the base station, and the presentation box, all devised and designed by Celsius X VI II. They are all crafted in noble materials and equipped with cutting-edge mechanical components, reflecting the brand’s fundamental concept. Leather items, such as the holster-type pouch, are made from top-quality hand-sewn hides, a further sign of distinction.
