The largest Swiss trade event, activities combined, is this year to celebrate the 10th edition of EPHJ (Watchmaking-Jewellery) and the 5th edition of EPMT (Microtechnologies). The space reserved for the event at the beginning of the year was already greater than that devoted to the entire 2010 edition!

Increasingly a go-to event, the EPHJ-EPMT fair continues to expand unabated, a recurring phenomenon since its creation in 2002, even given the less favourable economic climate. Around 600 players, including 20% or so hailing from abroad, celebrating their exceptional expertise, new developments and discoveries during event-filled days.

Focus on Swiss Medical Technologies

Already present in previous editions, MedTech companies using the incredible EPHJ- platform to present their wares to the market are growing in number, drawing in visitors in their wake. As of 2011 and thanks to the introduction of a special Pavilion, organisers behind EPHJ-EPMT are to reserve a privileged space for them with the of prestigious partner institutions, including A3P, BioAlps, the Vaud canton, EPFL, Cluster, Micronarc and other corporate organisations.

Continuity and grouped approaches

Among the increasing number of visitors are more and more CEOs, Production and managers. These decision makers, together with all the trade professionals from branches concerned, are now seeing the arrival of many others taking up the cause, thanks to the organisers’ open-minded policy vis-à-vis educational institutes.
