At the request of luxury watch brands and with their support, Editions Temps International (ETI) has organized this exclusive event which offers each visitor the opportunity to discover the world’s most beautiful watches, and to plunge into a realm where craft and innovation, tradition and design exist side by side.

Also featured is an exceptional exhibit by the Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie (FHH) of more than 50 historically significant timepieces that trace the evolution of the mechanical watch and the watchmaker’s art. In addition, Swiss master watchmakers will be present to demonstrate their extraordinary craft.

In her introduction to the show Isabelle Boudringhin, General Manager, ETI, states:

“Are we always aware, when we buy a watch, of each and every tiny moving part, of everything it takes to create a harmonious whole? Are we aware of the collective science that employs unique knowledge transmitted, enriched and developed over a long period of time? Many and varied are the crafts called upon in watchmaking, where sophisticated tools are as important as the skilled touch of Man’s eternal hand. Where technical crafts and cutting-edge instruments fuse together with artistic crafts that require brilliant dexterity. Enameling, engraving, miniature painting, skeleton-work, gem setting… "Fine Watchmaking, has inherited this long and rich history which can be traced back to the 12th century (…)”

The event will showcase 19 of the world’s finest watchmakers:

A. Lange & Söhne, Audemars Piguet, Baume & Mercier, Bulgari, Cartier, Chopard, Girard Perregaux, Harry Winston, Hublot, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, JeanRichard, Montblanc, Officine Panerai, Richard Mille, Roger Dubuis, Vacheron Constantin, Van Cleef & Arpels, and Zenith.
