Christopher Ward, founded in 2005, is the first luxury watchmaker to sell directly to its customers online and thus offer customers unrivalled value. The brand’s watches are designed in Britain and hand assembled in Switzerland. Since its founding, the company’s sales have grown by an astonishing 60 per cent year-on-year.

Christopher Ward complements its unusual distribution model with an equally unusual all-round customer-care package that includes a 60-day “no quibble” return policy and an impressive 60-month warranty. For servicing, the brand has taken the unusual step of offering flat-rate prices from £75 and guarantees to have the customer’s watch back on their wrist within two weeks.

The brand’s latest model in its diver’s collection is a certified chronometer with a 42mm brushed titanium that is water resistant to 500 metres. The C11 Titanium Elite Chronometer is a limited edition of 500 pieces fitted with the COSC-certified ETA 2824-2 self-winding movement with a 38-hour power reserve. In addition to the large luminous numerals and hour markers, which are set against the background of a black dial, this diver’s watch incorporates a rotating inner bezel, helium escape valve and a high-density rubber strap.
