During this year’s JCK show in Las Vegas, JeanRichard introduced its latest ambassador in the line of ordinary people doing extraordinary things, in continuation of the brand’s new “philosophy of life”.

JeanRichard’s partnership with high wire master Nik Wallenda is based on the principles of those who embark on a new journey, reflecting the art of life in its collections, as Wallenda does in his daily activities.

“It is incredible to think that this man was the first person to ever walk across the Niagara Falls on a two-inch steel wire and that he will do the same later this month in the Grand Canyon,” said Michele Sofisti, CEO of Sowind (Girard-Perregaux and JeanRichard). “Nik represents this sense of unique adventure of JeanRichard: ordinary people doing incredible and extraordinary things.”

“I am very proud to be a part of the JeanRichard family and excited to bring my own Philosophy of Life to the mix,” said Wallenda. “Our vision is one that embraces the love of risks and pushing boundaries.”

Wallenda follows on from Captain “Sully” Sullenberger as the latest addition to the family of extraordinary brand ambassadors of JeanRichard and will wear the brand’s Terrascope timepiece on his forthcoming death-defying traverse of the Grand Canyon.
