Scott Wolfe Named President of Callanen International

March 2008


Recently, Timex Group B.V. announced Scott Wolfe was appointed as President of the Callanen International Business Unit, which manages the Nautica, Mark Ecko, and Helix brands, effective March 31, 2008. Mr. Wolfe will report directly into Timex Group B.V. President and Chief Executive Officer, Hans-Kristian Hoejsgaard.

Wolfe succeeds Adam Gurian as President of Callanen International. “Scott's outstanding track record as Vice President, Global Marketing uniquely poised him to take on this senior leadership position,” comments Mr. Hoejsgaard. Prior to joining Callanen in September 2000 as Vice President of Global Marketing, Wolfe had extensive experience in high end jewelry, fashion and apparel having held senior positions with Pierre Cardin, a global fashion licensing organization.

Mr. Hoejsgaard comments, “This is an exciting time for Timex Group brands. We are very pleased to elevate Mr. Wolfe within our organization to take on a new leadership role.”
