angente neomatik 41 Update is a new version of Tangente, the iconic bestseller from NOMOS Glashütte that has been on the market since 1992. This timepiece is now powered by the company’s latest in-house calibre, the DUW 6101. Despite its date function, this automatic calibre remains slender, measuring only 3.6 mm in height.

- The date ring, placed around the outer edge of Tangente’s dial, features two red markers that frame the current date. It is an aesthetic that can be attributed to the new mechanical calibre within— unique, and unmistakably NOMOS Glashütte.
The date mechanism is set around the outer edge of the calibre and allows for a tailor-made date display in all three classic models of the Update series. In the Tangente neomatik 41 Update, the mechanism displays the current date around the edge of the dial in a subtle yet playful way, leaving the Tangente’s original design almost unchanged. This type of date display is entirely new and exclusive to NOMOS Glashütte.
