From idea to reality : industrial recycling has now begun in the Swiss watch industry. Mondaine is the first manufacturer to implement such ecology-oriented measures. The company today uses only 100% recycled copper, zinc and other substances to turn out a water-resistant and Nature-friendly watch. Naturally enough, it is equipped with a seifwinding mechanical movement, drawing its power from a forearm-actuated rotor instead of a battery.
