Carl Suchy & Söhne introduces the Belvedere Titan

Following the successful launch of the collection last year, the Viennese brand presents a new version in titanium. The material’s properties lend themselves to a sporty execution of the model, which features a unique moving date-window display while maintaining its effortless elegance.

C

arl Suchy & Söhne wrote with the Belvedere Collection in 2023 a new, extremely successful chapter in its brand history. The sporty and elegant luxury wristwatch is presented in the unmistakable Viennese brand design and embodies a fascinating duality: the functional logic, sophistication and elegance of modernity on the outside, and the cultural heritage and charisma of Vienna masterfully interpreted by Carl Suchy & Söhne on the inside.

Titanium is very light, scratch-resistant and corrosion-resistant. Ideal for the sporting demands of an active life, yet supple and elegant with a matt sheen. The Belvedere Titan is a clear statement of the highest art of watchmaking, a characteristic shared by all Carl Suchy & Söhne timepieces.

The targeted emphasis on colour and material underlines the sportiness of the Belvedere Titan in subtle way. The elegance comes to the fore in an altered appearance, with the golden second hand shining with detail and functionality at the same time.

A special feature of the Belvedere wristwatches is the unique date display, which is also present in the titanium version. The moving date window, which advances day by day, not only guarantees excellent legibility, but also creates a vibrancy on the dial - a sophisticated design reminiscent of the dynamic seconds disk of the Waltz N°1.

The CSS201 automatic movement, created by the renowned Swiss master watchmaker Marc Jenni especially for the Belvedere collection on the basis of the Dubois Depraz DB90000, ensures extremely precise timekeeping and thus emphasises the outstanding quality of this unique watch. The golden rotor with the micro-engraved façade of the world-famous Belvedere Palace in the heart of Vienna and the embossing of the baroque garden on the inside of the integrated rubber strap underline the attention to detail of the collection.
