Which brand chose the most popular ambassador on the Internet to represent its brand’s models? This week’s EUROPA STAR ONLINE POLL question proposed three famous stars, but which one obtained 40 percent of all Internet searches?

A: TAG Heuer with Brad Pitt (46 percent of Europa Star readers voted for A)
B: Longines with Aishwarya Rai (26 percent of Europa Star readers voted for B)
C: Omega with Nicole Kidman (28 percent of Europa Star readers voted for C)

40 percent of Internet searches for brand ambassadors where related to Aishwarya Rai, the Ambassador of Longines. Although she was also in the top spot in 2006, her lead has increased immensely, getting just an 18 percent share of search results. This increase in the share of search results definitely played a role in Longines’ increase in its share of overall search volume.
