Marc Bernardt, COO, Bertolucci Watches will be leaving the company as of August 31st, 2005. Mr. Bernardt effectively managed the business while it was going through an ownership transition; contributing by maintaining and securing Bertolucci Watches and its worldwide distribution network. We would like to thank him for his dedicated efforts, contribution and involvement. We wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
Dickson Concepts International Limited, (DCIL) new owners of Bertolucci Watches, confirms it will re-deploy the Bertolucci brand, developing new watches and jewellery in the upmarket tradition the company has enjoyed for many years. Charles M. Jayson, Chairman has appointed Mr. Philippe Belais as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bertolucci S.A.
With more than 15 years of experience in Luxury Watch brands, Mr Belais brings to the company his extensive practice of General Management for Lancel and Dunhill.
More recently over the last 5 years, Mr Belais was instrumental in the success of Van Cleef & Arpels Watches, assuming responsibilities for the worldwide renaissance of this respected Maison.
