Inhorgenta Europe opened its doors for the 34th time on 23 February 2007. The leading European trade fair for watches, clocks, jewelry, precious stones, pearls and technology again experienced a meeting of the industry on the highest level. About 1,200 exhibitors from more than 40 countries presented the current trends, noble brands and collections as well as innovative concepts dealing with all aspects of timepieces and jewelry to the approximately 30,000 trade visitors.

Unrivaled Competence in Matters of Platinum
The competence of Inhorgenta Europe in the area of platinum is unrivaled and unique. With the “Platinum Forum” in Hall B1, trade fair management already created a unique platform for this market segment years ago. More than 26 exhibitors, including respected names such as Gebr. Schaffrath, Henrich & Denzel, Isabelle Fa and H. D. Krieger, again exhibited their novelties.

C2: A Synonym for Innovative Designer Jewelry Worldwide
Inhorgenta Europe 2007 presented another superlative in Hall C2: the world’s largest selection of designer jewelry. Approx. 300 exhibitors from Europe, Asia and America displayed their almost unlimited creativity and innovative variety of materials. The range of the exhibitors extended from young, unconventional jewelry designers and internationally leading handicraft companies to renowned designer labels and all the way to the globally known names of international fashion.

A1 Brand Avenue
The international manufacturers of fashion and lifestyle watches presented numerous novelties in the timepiece Hall A1. Sellers of trendy brand-name goods and globally leading watch manufacturers revealed their well-kept secrets, which had been kept under lock and key till then. Again in 2007, the central highlight was the “A1 Brand Avenue”. More than two dozen trendy brand manufacturers and internationally leading watchmakers were concentrated along this real brand street, including Citizen, Casio, Festina, Jaguar, Lotus, Fossil, Diesel, DKNY, Armani, Zodiac, Tutima and Boccia.

Overall, the following can be said about the very successful Inhorgenta Europe 2007. Trendy watches, valuable jewelry, sparkling pearls and precious stones are more in vogue than they have been for a long time. Consumption and fun are the words of the day throughout Europe.

Inhorgenta Europe 2008 will take place on the grounds of the New Munich Trade Fair Centre from February 15 to 18, 2008.
