The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the nomination of Mr Emmanuel Vuille as Chief Executive Officer of Greubel Forsey, CompliTime and CT Time with effect from 1st January 2009.

Mr Vuille, 49 years old, married with 6 children, has been active in the watch industry for 17 years. He was Managing Director for Parmigiani Fleurier and later Chief Executive Officer for the watch manufacturing branch of the Sandoz Family Foundation (Pôle Industriel Horloger de la Fondation de Famille Sandoz).

The members of the Board wish Mr Vuille every success in his new function and would like to take the opportunity to thank in advance their clients, suppliers and the whole team for their support.

Mr Greubel and Mr Forsey will continue, in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer, to lead the companies and will be able to dedicate themselves fully to the horological creation and technical developments.
