Festina Lotus Group acquires Swiss company Candino
Miguel Rodriguez, president and owner of the watch group FESTINA LOTUS SA has formalized on January 16, 2002 together with Kurt Flury, the acquisition of the Swiss watch holding CANDINO SWISS WATCH, created in 1947.
The Spanish watch group confirms herewith his will to reinforce his position in Switzerland.
From this union, synergies effects will be for the benefit of both companies: by merging the manufacturing and the sales of watches "medium to high level", they will share their respective know-how while respecting their identities.
Today, Festina Lotus SA is composed of the following brands:
CANDINO, JAGUAR, LOTUS, FESTINA and CALYPSO
