The Société Suisse de Chronométrie announce its next International congress of chronometry that will take place on 26th and 27th September 2007 and launch a call for papers.
Authors are invited to submit papers dealing with technical or scientific work about :
Technological innovations in the movement and assembly
Materials
Concepts and developments
Unique order
Chronometry, escapements, adjustment organs
Electronic, multimedia
Manufacturing, logistic, quality
Design, Marketing
Customer service
However, the scientific board will consider every original conference treating another topic.
Submission of abstracts
All abstracts should comprise 150 to 200 words and be written in one of the three official Conference languages. Abstracts will include a headline with the following information :
Title of suggested paper
Authors and name of contact person
Professional addresses
Proposed topic
Each abstract should emphasize the specific results of the work and its impact. The documents must be forwarded by mail, fax or e-mail to the attention of the Conference secretariat until March 2nd, 2007.
Acceptance of the papers will be notified to the authors before April 5th, 2007. Instructions for writing the presentation, which will be published in the congress proceedings, will be enclosed in the same mail.
