Precipro invents the “four seasons” ring

recipro, the Acrotec Group’s specialist in jewelry components and mechanisms, has announced several significant innovations and the strengthening of its operations in France and Switzerland: three production sites (including one site in France for companies seeking a supplier in France/the EU), four robotic machining centers (loading–unloading– cleaning) and an operational partnership with the Saint-Éloi school in Faverges to secure and pass on professional skills to younger generations.

For “four seasons” rings and bracelets (two sizes), Precipro has developed a discreet mechanism that allows the diameter to be adjusted according to the season and bodily variations in finger size depending on temperature, without compromising the design or the setting.

On rings, a simple rotation of the inner body changes the size.

The same principle has been applied to rigid bracelets with a discreet pin that unlocks and locks the position by snapping into place. These systems give free rein to creativity while improving comfort.

Another important new feature to prevent your necklace from being easily stolen: the invisible security necklace clasp, which locks into place with a snap between the two elements, with no visible parts, and unlocks with a precise manual gesture.

Any pulling only strengthens the hold, for safety of use and a sleek aesthetic compatible with set settings.

The partnership with the Ecole Saint-Éloi (Faverges) structures a real talent pool thanks to practical modules, work-study internships, and a direct gateway to the workshop. For companies that require suppliers based in France or the European Union, Precipro offers local production, a traceable value chain, and shortened logistics, with Swiss industrial support from Precipro’s two other sites and the Acrotec Group. In France or Switzerland, this chain of expertise guarantees industrial sovereignty in the large-scale jewelry industry.

Robotic centers ensure stable, repeatable, and competitive production on large series, while maintaining a high-end finish. Precipro also has a new machine dedicated to rings, capable of transforming the material into the desired profile by linking the different metrics in complete autonomy: a decisive advantage in terms of speed of execution and tolerance control.

The jewelry prototyping cell makes it possible to very quickly obtain a 3D brass part from a simple drawing—with a dedicated machine that reproduces the same definition as a gold product, a realistic rendering (which can be gold-plated), and much less waste when moving on to precious materials.

The result: development cycles reduced from several months to a few weeks, while ensuring style, ergonomics, and feasibility.
