he latest model in Titoni’s Seascoper 600 series is a COSC-certified chronometer fitted with the company’s own T10 manufacture movement. This version comes with a navy-blue dial and some unique retro-style design elements such as old radium Swiss Super-LumiNova, copper-gold hands and dive time in the same color on the rotating ceramic bezel.
Swiss Super-LumiNova “Old Radium” has an orange hue in daylight, giving this watch a vintage character. In darkness, the afterglow is a yellow-green color of high intensity. To match the unusual overall color concept, the watch hands and the dive time on the rotating ceramic bezel are kept in copper-gold. This combination evokes immediate attention, as it invokes strong and positive feelings.
What is striking about the Seascoper 600 Retro is the brilliant combination of ruggedness and sportsmanlike design. Its winding crown is fitted with a special gasket system to ensure the watch remains absolutely waterproof to a depth of 600 meters. The tough casing also guarantees that the high-quality, in-house T10 manufacture movement is protected against not only water but also pressure, impacts and dust.
The ceramic navy-blue bezel can be rotated anti-clockwise and is characterised by its dive time scale. The outer edge of the bezel is serrated to make it easy to grasp when setting and adjusting the dive time. The triangular zero mark has a luminous dot so that the dive time can be read perfectly, even in dark and murky water.
Another arresting design feature of the Seascoper 600 Retro is the transparent case back. Shaped like a porthole and screwed into place, it offers a fascinating view of the T10 manufacture movement. The folding clasp, designed specifically for this model, is another eye-catcher of this new model.
