“Saint-Honoré Paris” associates two mythical and world-renowned names: “Saint-Honoré” – the street and the faubourg –, showcase of fashion, luxury, elegance and “Paris”, the town of lights, capital of art and creation.

The brand is returning to its roots, always linked to the world of French elegance, taste and art, by settling in 326 rue Saint Honoré in Paris (75001) where in October 2004, its new Parisian boutique was inaugurated, becoming the flagship in a series of boutiques throughout the world: Bahrain, Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait, Shanghai and Taiwan.

With its long interior, the very contemporary design of the boutique is associating glass, brushed steel, and pale lacquered wood, with a poetic hint in a painting created for the occasion by the painter-poet-musician CharlElie Couture, who came especially from New York to attend the inaugural evening.

Some 400 people were present for the inauguration including many celebrities (the actors Tom Novembre, Grace de Capitani, Andrea Ferreol, Maria Schneider, the designer Frank Sorbier, the ballet star-dancer Karen Averty …) and distributors of the brand, in particular from Dubai, Bulgaria, Portugal, Germany, Russia, Belgium and Japan.

In his welcome speech, the young President, Thierry Frésard expressed his emotion and pride to welcome his guests in this new venue: “Emotion for the memory of my grandfather, master watchmaker who was established in this street in 1885 and to whom I owe my passion for watchmaking. Emotion to see you all here for a dream coming true, a showcase at the same height of excellence and technology as our watches.”

The heir in a long line of watchmakers, Thierry Frésard has successfully developed more than a hundred years’ worth of watchmaking tradition, handed down from father to son. At the beginning of the 20th century, the workshop was established in Franche-Comté, at Charquemont (Doubs). In 1985, Thierry Frésard founded the brand Saint-Honoré.

The brand’s success resides in the development of original and creative watches, as well as in the search for innovative technical solutions. Designers regularly add models to the elegant and Parisian-spirited collection, following fashion trends. This creativity associated with Swiss technology is today recognised on the main markets all over the world.

To celebrate the opening of the Parisian boutique, a new line of watches was designed. Called “326”, this unique line blends a modern style with pure lines and sophisticated details, in perfect harmony with current fashion.
