NationalJeweler.com wins “Best of the Web” award

NationalJeweler.com has won Media Industry Newsletter (min)'s “Best of the Web” award for editorial excellence, min announced recently.

Along with co-winners Newsweek.com and Forbes.com, the Web site of NATIONAL JEWELER magazine was honored by the Potomac, Md.-based Access Intelligence LLC for being one of “the sites with the highest-quality content delivered in the most user-friendly and functional ways,” according to min's description of the category.

min's third annual “Best of the Web Awards”, presented by Media Industry Newsletter, min's b2b and min magazine, salute consumer and business-to-business magazine Web sites in 13 categories, and are the only industry honors dedicated solely to recognizing excellence in online publishing.

Others who “managed to raise the bar online with more innovative, smart and profitable Web sites” as stated within min's release, and received honorable mentions in the Editorial Excellence category were ForeignPolicy.com, TheStreet.com, ThisOldHouse online and Computerworld.com.
