Along the fashionable avenues of Rio de Janeiro and São Paolo, among other cities, can be found the ultra-contemporary boutiquesof Brazilian designer, Antonio Bernardo. Based in the chic Ipanema district of Rio, Bernardo has been in the jewelry business for more than 30 years and has earned the reputation of being one of the country's most original designers. This is undoubtedly one reason why he was approached to create a line of jewelry for a new soap opera TV series in Brazil. Building upon his success in his homeland, Bernardo is now casting his glance on the global marketplace where his jewelry should also find a receptive audience.
