Zydo: Modern Traditions

June 2003

ZYDO was established in 1972 by David Zybert who comes from a family of jewelers
that includes generations of diamond dealers and cutters. His entrance into the industry was as a diamond dealer and he soon established an efficient network of clients,
supplying leaders in the industry both in Valenza and in the other major
jewelry centers around the world.

As Zydo grew its business and customer base, Zybert expanded vertically, beginning production of the company's own line of jewelry and its direct distribution to retailers. The firm's production methods combine the grand tradition of jewelry making of Valenza and David Zybert's extensive experience and knowledge of the precious stones trade.
The enterprise now develops models of jewelry inspired by the past, in line with the present, yet always looking towards the future. While the company maintains a close attachment to the classics, it strives to always be on the cutting edge of innovation in style, production and management.
Zydo mirrors the values of its founder and chief executive in its corporate philosophy, stressing a strong business and work ethic. The company invests con-tinuously in production and research to bring to market a product with a high intrinsic value, a product that the final consumer will cherish well into the future.
David Zybert has recently been joined by his sons Jack and Eli. They bring to Zydo their experience both in the jewelry industry and in the business community. The sons are also graduates from the Gemological Institute of America with the degree of Graduate Gemologist. In addition, they take the brand to the world's most prestigious jewelry trade shows. In their work and dedication to the company, both Jack and Eli are preserving the traditions of quality and success that have become trademarks of Zydo.
