IBERJOYA, the International Jewellery, silverware, watch and related Industries Exhibition will stage its twenty-ninth edition at Feria de Madrid between 13th and 18th september 2002.
95% of the exhibitors have renewed their attendance at Iberjoya - September 2002. The attendance forecasts stand at around 485 direct exhibitors and the fair will present an occuped exhibition area of over 15.000 net square metres, distributed throughout Halls 8 and 10 at the Juan Carlos I Exhibition Centre.


The fair will also present strong international representation, both from the perspective of supply, with the confirmed attendance of nearly one hundred companies from Germany, Belgium, China, Colombia, France, Greece, Israel, Italy, Mexico, Monaco, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Thailand and Turkey, and from the perspective of demand.


As a new feature, IBERJOYA September 2002 will present a new area devoted exclusively to designers that, under the heading of 'VANGUARDIA' (avant-garde), will display the most avant-garde ideas in jewellery, silverware and timepieces. The aim of Vanguardia is to offer a point of reference for up-and-coming lines on the market. This section of the fair will be open to all Spanish and foreign creators who wish to present their most innovative collections.


Staged to coincide with the fair itself, and in view of its considerable success at previous editions, the fair will organize its Thirs IBERJOYA Golf Tournament. Aimed at both exhibitors and clients, this event aims to bring these fair participants together in order to encourage the establishment of personal and commercial links and contacts within a pleasurable framework. The Tournament, that has witnessed a significant increase in participants, will take place the day before the fair - Thursday 12th september - at the Olivar de la Hinojosa Golf Club, located close to the Juan Carlos I Exhibition Centre.
