Postponement of LUXURY CHINA 2003

Because of the recent development of SARS in China and the government policy on preventing any further spread of the virus by cancelling all public events, it is difficult to assess whether the crisis will be over by September 2003 and LUXURY CHINA can be organised successfully. Although Shanghai is a minor focus point of SARS, the uncertain development of the crisis during the coming months makes most of the exhibitors hesitate to confirm their participation. In addition, the Chinese government has imposed travel restrictions which affect also partners in China.

As a consequence, this year's LUXURY CHINA event is postponed to next year.
