he Dianoir® coating used for the Marinemaster M-44 DLC reaches approximately 4,500 Vickers. This places it roughly twenty times harder than conventional stainless steel. Rather than focusing solely on visual impact, the DLC treatment strengthens the Marinemaster’s role as a professional instrument. The deep black surface gives the watch a more tactical appearance while maintaining the functional clarity associated with the collection.

The 44mm case is engineered for water-resistance to 500 metres and features a screw-down crown with triple gasket construction. Performance FKM seals ensure durability in harsh conditions.

A defining element of the Marinemaster is the bi-directional Gear Bezel equipped with the Fortis Lock System. This mechanical locking mechanism allows divers to secure the bezel in place, preventing accidental rotation and ensuring reliable timing during dives.

The two new models, the Gravity Black with a monochrome aesthetic and the Black Resin with its warm golden accents, combine a highly technical surface treatment with the professional specifications that have defined the Marinemaster for decades.

Inside the Marinemaster M-44 DLC operates the Fortis Werk 11 manufacture movement, developed with Kenissi. The automatic calibre delivers a 70-hour power reserve and is designed with robustness in mind, including a variable inertia balance and a highly shock-resistant construction.

The Gravity Black and Black Resin models mark a new chapter for the Marinemaster family, demonstrating how advanced materials and purposeful engineering can push a long-standing dive watch line into its next generation.
