Charriol brings together two worlds rarely united in Swiss watchmaking: the technical credibility of a true automatic sports watch and the refined elegance of a diamond-set luxury timepiece. A creation that reflects the singular identity of the independent Maison and the vision of its CEO and Creative Director, Coralie Charriol.

ew brands in contemporary watchmaking possess a signature as distinctive as Charriol’s iconic cable. Inspired by the art and symbolism of Celtic civilisation, where braided metal ornaments represented beauty, protection, strength and courage, the cable has defined the Maison since its founding in 1983.

The new Navigator Surf Glam embodies this spirit while introducing a fresh expression of feminine luxury. A passionate surfer herself, Coralie Charriol imagined a watch capable of accompanying its wearer from the ocean to an elegant evening setting without compromise.

At 36mm, the timepiece combines the robustness of a professional sports watch with precious details rarely found in the category. Its mother-of-pearl dial is framed by a bezel set with 31 white diamonds totaling 1.20 carats, while diamond hour markers add further brilliance to the display. Yet beneath this refined appearance lies a genuine mechanical watch designed for active wear.

Powering the timepiece is the Swiss-made automatic Charriol C01 calibre, one of the proprietary movements developed for the Navigator collection. Visible through the sapphire caseback, the movement offers a 42-hour power reserve and is regulated to deliver strong chronometric performance. The lightning-bolt-shaped central seconds hand, inspired by graphics found on Coralie Charriol’s own surfboards, injects a dynamic touch that reinforces the collection’s adventurous character. The sun-shaped oscillating weight symbolizes energy, as well as strength, power and joie de vivre: values that are fundamental to the brand and its enthusiasts.
