n this new timepiece, the movement’s structural components – including the mainplate and bridges – are crafted entirely from titanium, a material renowned for its exceptional properties. Visible through the sapphire crystal caseback, the movement features refined Côtes de Genève decoration, blued screws, and a train bridge engraved with the word “Titane.”

Beyond its mechanical advantages, titanium has allowed Vulcain to explore new acoustic territory, as the brand has carefully mastered the vibrational properties of titanium to enhance sound transmission throughout the alarm system. Both the anvil and the signature Vulcain “V” attached to the caseback are crafted from titanium, creating a unique resonance. The result is a more refined interpretation of the Cricket’s legendary song: softer, lighter and more sophisticated, while remaining instantly recognisable.

The 39mm case, bezel and dial are all crafted from Grade 5 titanium. The grey dial features a subtle guilloché effect and is complemented by nickel-plated hour markers.
