A new generation of watchmaking pioneers at Eterna has created an uncompromising sports watch with its concept timepiece KonTiki Diver that ushers in new operating and functional dimensions. The functions can only be adjusted when the watch is opened thus protecting the bi-directional rotating bezel for the current dive time and the crown (placed at 12 o'clock) against damage and accidental movements. A bridge structure 'anchors' the watch on the wrist and the black container protects the sophisticated mechanical movement. The first diving watch without screw-in crown that could even be rewound under water if necessary. The KonTiki Diver is water-resistant to 1000 metres and is equipped with a power reserve.
Stainless steel watch (46 mm) equipped with a base ETA Calibre 2897 self-winding movement with an Eterna rotor. Central hour, minute and seconds, date between 7 and 8 o’clock, power reserve at 4 o’clock, stop seconds function. Super-Luminova coated hands and indices. Cambered sapphire crystal (4 mm thick), protected crown and easy winding, black rubber strap with folding clasp with diver extension. Water-resistant to 1000 metres.
