KonTiki Diver Concept Watch by Eterna

December 2005

A new generation of watchmaking pioneers at Eterna has created an uncompromising sports watch with its concept timepiece KonTiki Diver that ushers in new operating and functional dimensions. The functions can only be adjusted when the watch is opened thus protecting the bi-directional rotating bezel for the current dive time and the crown (placed at 12 o'clock) against damage and accidental movements. A bridge structure 'anchors' the watch on the wrist and the black container protects the sophisticated mechanical movement. The first diving watch without screw-in crown that could even be rewound under water if necessary. The KonTiki Diver is water-resistant to 1000 metres and is equipped with a power reserve.
