New York - Marketing expert Danziger to present new shopping-experiences book

Pam Danziger, founder and president of Unity Marketing, will give a special preview presentation of her new book, Shopping: Why We Love It and How Retailers Can Create the Ultimate Customer Experience, on Nov. 9 in New York City.

The book looks at the psychology of consumers who shop for fun. It profiles both large and small retailers, and lists the seven qualities these extraordinary shops share that makes them great shopping experiences. It also provides 30 specific strategies to transform a store into a “shop that pops.”
