Watch World highly anticipated as the best venue for expanding business into Asia’s growing markets
Japan boasts a growing market for watches. Strong sales are driving increasing imports, with the number of imported mechanical watches, in particular, showing outstanding growth each year. Other Asian economies are also seeing strong growth in the demand for watches and, as a result, more and more companies from outside Japan are utilizing IJT to source overseas watch brands to introduce to their growing markets. As many leading watch retailers and department stores visit IJT on a yearly basis to make purchases, watch exhibitors have reported great success in meeting new clients at IJT. Now with the commencement of Watch World, further success is guaranteed as exhibitors and serious buyers converge in one specific area dedicated entirely to watches.
