Latest news in the dispute between Roger Dubuis and its American distributor

Roger Dubuis North America, Inc., Chief Executive Officer, Steven Holtzman, and Carlos Dias, CEO Manufacture Roger Dubuis S.A., announced that they have agreed to resolve all outstanding issues concerning the distribution of Roger Dubuis products in North America. As part of the agreement all legal actions pending between both parties will be withdrawn.
