The V-Ray Watch Collection by Versace

The V-Ray comes with an ample 44 mm stainless steel case available in four distinct versions (polished steel, two in rose gold IP and one in gray IP).
A prominent aspect of the case is the two-tier lug construction, with the inner tier overlaying the bezel. The case-and-bezel integration adds a subtle but effective visual nuance, much like the way a claw setting is used to emphasize a gem.

Polished piston-style pushers are references to motor racing.
The pusher heads are coloured to match the chosen accent colour of the particular watch, as is the stripe that appears through the centre of the crown, which features wide fluting and the Versace Medusa head symbol. The chronograph seconds hand and ring atop the rehaut are also coloured to match, visually tying the case and dial together.

The sophisticated look of the V-Ray case is surpassed only by the cohesive and composed appearance of the dial.
The triple-register layout has sub-dials positioned as follows: a perpetual seconds sub-dial at 3 o’clock, a 10-hour chronograph counter at 6 o’clock and a 30-minute counter at 9 ‘clock.
The sub-dials are on a background of silver or black (depending on the model) with complementary or contrasting coloured indexes. Luminous hands, a date aperture at 4 o’clock and the Versace wordmark round out the elements of the inner dial.

The outer portion of the dial is typical of Versace: neatly arranged, with a Greek key pattern in a track around the chapter ring that is fluent in appearance.
Applied luminous hour markers divide the track. The aforementioned rehaut is angled gently outward to display the seconds/minutes indexes.

A sporty, padded black leather strap featuring stitching to match the accent colour (in red, yellow or blue) complements the other black elements of the watch. The exception is the blue-dial model, which has a rose gold case and employs a blue strap with blue stitching.
Every strap employs a fold-over clasp.

At the heart of this chronograph is a precision Ronda 5040D quartz movement with a lengthy 54-month-average battery life. A solid caseback affixed by four screws assists in netting the watch 165 feet of water resistance.
