Group Showing at Inhorgenta

March 2003

Waves, twist rings, espresso and champagne gives you an idea of some of what to expect from the Philippe Becker group at Inhorgenta this year. The team includes nine innovative artists along with Friedrich Wilshaus of Philippe Becker with its latest cuts, such as Waves. Manfred and Sebastian M. Klein of J.A. Wiehmeyer of Essen will exhibit their `Twist' rings designed to connect people; Carola Gurkhand will present her unique cross chains while Beatrice MÜller shows her `Schatzengel' collection, (a German play on words meaning `fortune' and `guardian angel'). Greek jeweler artist, Doretta Tondi (picture right) is showing jewelry made exclusively of 900-yellow gold using only diamonds or tourmalines. Clemens Leyendecker of Aurifex in Koblenz will present pieces predominately using colored gems, and long time member of the team, Herbert Feldkamp is showing inspired geometric creations. The goldsmith couple Simons from Wegberg will show a handmade necklace collection and the exquisite watch manufacturer company, Ludger KÄmper, will present a stainless steel watch with Milanese strap. Lastly, the Burger-Edelmetalle company will show its wide range of semi-finished products such as sheet steel, wire or cast iron, which nicely complements the exhibition team.
