BASELWORLD's Zurich exhibition halls open for business

This year, the BASELWORLD Show launched its new show concept - «One Show - Two Locations» with the opening of its state-of-the-art exhibitions halls in Zurich for Country Pavilion exhibitors. These Country Pavilions are made up of exhibitors electing to exhibit under the country banner rather than individually.
Exhibitors from Belgium, Brazil, Germany, Great Britain, India, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Lebanon, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mauritius, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates and USA continue to showcase their products in the Hall of Universe until Thursday, April 10, 2003.
On display are watches, fine jewellery, diamonds, precious stones, pearls and a wide range of products from the related industries including watch straps, components, packaging, tools and machinery.
To facilitate easy access to the Zurich location, the Show Management has waived the admission fee for all visitors. Free shuttles transport visitors from Basel to Zurich and back every 15 minutes from 7.35am until 7.30pm. Late buses are also available at 8.30pm, 9pm and 10.30pm in both directions.
