Genender International, Inc. (GII) announces the recent sale of its Zodiac Swiss watch brand to Fossil Inc., of Richardson Texas.

GII completed the purchase of the 12'-year old Swiss watch brand in May 1999 and began its mission of redesigning those collections that represent the brand's true heritage. At the basel Fair 2001, GII launched their new Zodiac Collections, which promptly caugh the attention of global retailers and the interest of entrepreneurial companies wanting to acquire the celebrated Swiss watch brand.
