Geneva - Christie’s is proud to present on Tuesday 13 November 2001 the most important private collection of Patek Philippe wristwatches ever to appear at auction. This museum quality collection includes 42 rare wristwatches by Patek Philippe, amongst which some are unique, all produced between 1920 and the present day. The watches have been carefully chosen over the last 25 years to build what is one of the finest private collections of Patek Philippe Wristwatches in private hands. Presented in a separate catalogue, this collection is expected to fetch in excess of CHF7 million (US$4,5 million).
