In six generations of watchmakers, the Catorex family firm has built up a true treasure trove of historical movements that are rarely produced today. Such is the case of the self-winding Schild AS 2063 Calibre dating back to the 1960s. Vividly demonstrating its expertise when it comes to restoring antique movements, Catorex has given it a new lease on life. The calibre now powers a timepiece in the C’Vintage range with an aesthetic as perfectly orchestrated as its beating heart. The elegant 40 mm case beautifully frames a curving dial available in various copper-toned, silver-toned, anthracite and blue colours. A chamfered sapphire crystal magnifies the overall effect on this model that also comes in a version set with 60 diamonds. A sapphire crystal back provides a chance to admire the Schild calibre in action, thereby paying tribute to the brand’s impressive horological heritage.
