This compass-watch has been developed by Breitling jointly with Recta,
the compass supplier for the Swiss army. The quartz watch with battery
life indicator is water-resistant to a depth of 100 metres. Both the dial
and the hands are easy to read. The removable compass, operating on dense liquid, is water-resistant to a depth of 500 metres. It features correctable magnetic variations, is swingable to 1 5 and usable at -20 C to +50 C. Other features : a functional rubber bracelet with ladder-like pattern, distance indications, line of sight, Morse alphabet, etc. (BREITLING “Explorer”)
