A i 00/o electronic watch with no moving parts. A small quartz rod, vibrating 32,768 times a second, sends impulses to a “minicomputer” controlling an electronic digital display liquid crystal system. Normally transparent, these crystals become opaque when an electric field is applied. (BUTTES WATCH - BWC)
