This table clock boasts the same unrivalled accuracy as an atomic clock Its 4-MHz Imhof quartz movement is constantly synchronized by the HBG transmitter in Prangins, Switzerland (itself regulated by an atomic clock) whose signals cover all of Europe and the Mediterranean area It features a remote-controlled switching system to and from summer time. A large-capacity battery provides the clock with a 10-year power.
