he starting point for the new Certina DS-6 Lady’s diverse incarnations is always a round, 35 mm stainless steel case with alternately satin-brushed and polished surfaces. Its sophisticated architecture provides visual depth: a high rehaut adds another level to the white, black or dark blue dial.

It also brings colour into play – whether classic black, white or in refined bi-colour combinations. Six Arabic numerals, slim hands and indexes, and the date at 6 o’clock complete the simple elegance of its look.

The hour and minute hands are coated with the proven Super-LumiNova^® luminous material, for optimal legibility even in the dark. The straps – in steel and ceramic or an especially sustainable material based on organic raw materials and recycled PET – are easily exchanged thanks to a quick-change system.

Ticking within the new DS-6 Lady is a state-of-the-art quartz movement. Its exceptional accuracy has been tested and confirmed by the official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC).

A practical end-of-life indicator provides an early warning should the battery need to be replaced. And thanks to the usual robust workmanship assured by the Double Security (DS) principle, the watch is water-resistant up to a pressure of 10 bar (100 meters).
