agà Laboratorio unveils Labormatic Superleggero, a limited edition of 100 pieces that introduces Grade 5 titanium to the collection for the first time. Conceived as a tribute to the Italian culture of lightweight construction, the new model explores how engineering, performance and elegance can become a single expression of design.

Every Gagà Laboratorio creation begins not with the intention of designing another watch, but with the desire to imagine another world. Labormatic has always embodied an optimistic vision in which architecture, mechanics and creativity evolve without compromise, producing objects that are both functional and deeply emotional. With Superleggero, this story enters a world shaped by visionary coachbuilders, experimental racing machines and handcrafted performance cars.

In this world, every unnecessary gram disappears, every surface serves a purpose and every mechanical solution becomes an expression of beauty. Titanium was therefore the natural material for this new chapter.

Its exceptional lightness transforms the relationship between the watch and the wrist, while its technical character gives Labormatic an entirely new presence.

Yet the material is only part of the story. More importantly, Superleggero represents a philosophy in which performance is achieved through intelligence rather than excess, and technical innovation remains inseparable from emotional design. The name evokes a distinctly Italian culture of lightness—not only in weight, but also in thought—capable of turning engineering into elegance and mechanics into sculpture.

Metallic reflections, transparent elements, purposeful proportions and restrained sporting details reinforce this identity throughout the watch. The laser-engraved sapphire dial sectors reveal its construction and create visual depth, while vivid yellow accents introduce a precise, contemporary energy. The result is recognisably Labormatic, yet deliberately different from the four models that established the collection’s original visual language.
