The Altiplano XL by Piaget has an 18 carat white gold watch case set with 78 round diamonds and is equipped with an ultra-thin mechanical hand-winding movement (Manufacture Piaget 430P). White gold dial set with 286 round diamonds, black satin strap. This watch is also available in a custom-made version whereby the boutique create these watches with their customers’ fingerprints.
