T

he new skeletonised calibre driving the Multifort Mechanical Skeleton brings watchmaking tradition to the wrist. The manual winding system strengthens the owner’s strong emotional attachment to the watch; once the 46-hour power reserve has elapsed, it’s up to the wearer to regenerate the precious beats of the balancespring as the crown is wound. On the rear, traditional decorations including chamfering and Geneva stripes add their lustre to the rhodium-plated components.

The Multifort Mechanical Skeleton Limited Edition features a high-tech black PVD-treated titanium case with a diameter of 44 mm. The absence of a dial draws attention to the skeletonised movement with its striking black plate, decorated with Geneva stripes – the real DNA of the Multifort collection.

Mido reasserts the technical credentials of the Multifort Mechanical Skeleton Limited Edition with a case made of titanium, a lightweight and noble material that resists both corrosion and erosion. The black PVD treatment is enhanced with a polished bezel and a satin finish on the sides. Each creation is presented in its own individual box, with a numbered certificate to reflect its rarity. Dressed all in black, the Multifort Mechanical Skeleton exudes a hypnotic and sophisticated beauty, backed up by a longstanding tradition of watchmaking savoir-faire and innovation.
