inase is a Japanese watch manufacturer based in Akita Prefecture. Producing less than 500 timepieces a year, the brand’s philosophy is to make unique timepieces that pay tribute to Japanese culture and traditions. Minase watches are equipped with Swiss mechanical movements.

When Minase was founded in 2005, it hired local people and trained them according to the principle of “Monozukuri”: learning by doing. The employees have become experts in the art of craftsmanship. Every day, they produce high-quality watches that embody the values, traditions and craftsmanship typical of Japan.
