Although Breitling’s Avenger Seawolf line is hardly new, this latest model is designed to cope with conditions at the rather inconceivable depth of 3,000 metres (10,000 feet).

The Code Yellow in the name of this 1,000 piece limited edition refers to the subtle touches of yellow found on the dial in the form of the minute track, the central seconds hand and the choice of colour for the “Automatic” inscription on the dial.

As a professional diver’s watch, the Avenger naturally comes equipped with standard features required of such a timepiece: unidirectional rotating bezel, screw-locked crown, an easily readable dial and a security valve.

A black rubber strap completes the sombre design, with a Breitling calibre 17 self-winding chronometer-certified movement responsible for the timekeeping functions.
