Nicolas G. Hayek, Breguet's Chairman and CEO, formally opened the first Breguet boutique on the Place Vendôme, Paris. The boutique is the only sales outlet in the world to stock the entire Breguet collection of watches and its new jewellery collections.
In addition, given the importance of Abraham-Louis Breguet's role in the history of watchmaking, the basement of the Place Vendôme boutique houses the new Breguet Museum - including some forty period watches - some of which were crafted by Breguet himself - along with selected documents from the company's extensive archives.
